Fundamental Entertainment Media LLC (Fundamental) Terms and Conditions. Upon working with Fundamental, where Fundamental provides with Services, or Brokering, Negotiating, Contracting, Supplying, Contacts the Client agrees to refrain from contacting, initiating contact with, or attempting to conduct business, for the purposes of circumventing Fundamental, with any contacts referred by Fundamental or with any affiliates of Fundamental, including but not limited to officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, attorneys, employees, and agents. Circumvention, which is here understood to mean a conducting of business between a Client of Fundamental and any of the above-mentioned contacts which could prevent Fundamental from realizing a profit, fees, or other gains, is only to be carried out with explicit, written permission from Fundamental on a case-by-case basis. Clients agree to not circumvent Fundamental when based upon initially provided services you whish to extend, prolong or repeat such Services or Brokering, Negotiating, Contracting or Agreements based upon the Initial work of Fundamental for you. If Fundamental is party to your agreements, you must obtain and are held responsible to obtain written permission from Fundamental. Where Fundamental is paid a fee under an agreement for any of the above-mentioned services, Clients agree that this fee shall be incorporated in any follow-on agreements related to the same subject matter.
